Recipes

          We supply recipes for you to download and enjoy. We realize that for many people the idea of a plant based lifestyle is an overwhelming idea, and so we try to share as many recipes as we can. We also understand that no two people enjoy all the same things, and that is what is nice about these recipes, they are all easy to modify to fit your tastes or not use them at all. All the recipes that are listed here are Vegan or Whole Food Plant-Based and many are Gluten Free. The recipes that you will find here are all recipes that we use on a daily basis in our home as well as use and teach in the ministry programs. We hope that by using some of these recipes, you will broaden your recipe base as you continue the walk down a road to better health.
